I am very pleased with the work Sam did to repair my roof. The photos were a big help seeing where the problem was. I highly recommend him.

I was looking for someone to help me divert rain water from running through the bricks on the front of my house, leading to a water leak in my dining room. Sam is very easy to communicate with and stands by his work. As his team of experts came to analyze the problem, it was determined to be a larger project that we originally thought. Sam was great with his transparency and organization and he was always just a phone call away. They ended up having to fix the spots on the roof, tear down and replace the entire brick area on the front of my house. They also fixed the inside of my house where a hole in the plywood was left by a previous contractor. His team is amazing and they really know what they're doing. I am so thrilled with the entire experience that I'm having Sam come back to my house to give me a quote on replacing my hardwood floors. I trust Sam and his team to do a fantastic job again! I could not be more happy with the services that they provided to me along with exceptional customer service!

Sam assisted us through the whole insurance claim process after another roofer decided it was too much trouble including the appeal/appraisal portion. Several neighbors stopped by to say how impressed they were with the crew yesterday both with regards to getting the whole job completed in one day (50 squares of roof) and the detail of cleanup. Just wanted to share the good impression that they made in the neighborhood.

Sam Aldridge is a very good communicator and professional business person, and he explained to me what was going on and what needed to be done. Turned out all the wood substrate under the old masonite siding had rotted over the years and had to be replaced. If I hadn't had this work done, the framing would have been affected. So glad Sam was negotiating all the twists and turns of this project for me, from delays due to the pandemic's impact on the vinyl siding business to scheduling the delivery of the siding and the arrival of the work crew. The crew was respectful and skilled. (I'll not put the price in below due to Covid's effect on the industry and costs, but I believe I got a fair price.) I'll upload a pic below. However, please note I did not have the gutters and windows replaced. I repainted the old shutters and the gable vent myself, and the crew rehung them for me. This spring I will paint the porch. I'll do gutters and windows in the next couple years. Talk to Sam. Get a quote.
