One man came out on Saturday diagnosed problem, he did not have part to fix, so he ordered part with smart phone and said someone would be out Monday after they picked up the part at opening of business. Then he checked out all the rollers etc, lubed etc. On Monday morning a different man came out and installed the tortion bar, I works great now, less noise, probably better than original which was over 11 years old
