We take on the hassle of managing your property, we find the right tenant, we deal with difficult tenants and we professionally handle all the repairs that come up. Our tenants pay online and our owners can access their account online. Our process is developed so that you will receive your payment on the first of the month. We are Realtors as well which means that we have to abide by a strict ethical standard, plus if you ever wanted to sell your house we can do that for you.
