Tracy was fantastic. He was happy to see us and welcomed our participation in the process. He took his time explaining both the issues that need correction as well as examples of great craftsmanship. I've purchased several homes over the years. Tracy's report is one of the best I've seen. It's well organized and his photos are paired well with his observations.
