Glen came and inspected the leak. He gave us 3 options. We chose to have the entire line replaced since we have had prior water problems with our piping. After the utilities were marked out, Glen returned to inspect the area and created a plan to take special care due to the fact that the line ran along side, or under cable, telephone and gas lines. They used a boring machine, and hand dug any areas that came close to exisiting lines. They did the entire job much quicker than I thought it would take. They filled all holes fully and carefully. The end result looked far neater than I was prepared for. I was very pleased esp. since it ran across our front lawn. They also asked for a hose to clean up excess on the driveway and walk way. They were patient with all my concerns prior to starting, and during the job. I have already given their name to a neighbor based on this experience. * Addtl notes to suggest to contractor (not enough room to type below): When the water was first turned off, I heard the pressure change in the pipes and the water drained the pipes from the 2nd floor. I happened to be in the room next to the pipes and was nervous something MORE was leaking, or damage from their digging. I wasn't prepared for that. I would've liked a warning since we'd already had other water issues, I was already very nervous!
