"A home owner contacted my business for a quote on some very needed lawn and landscape maintenance at [Members Address Removed] property in May 2008, while we were working in the neighborhood. The detail quote included: Mowing, edging, weeding out flower beds, trench edge around flower beds, trimming hollies, pruning dead limbs from two tall tree, removed some small hollies, cut down one small oak tree that had grew too close to the house, thin one tall crate myrtle, purchase six cubic yards of hardwood mulch, spread mulch in beds on property, clean up all debris, haul all debris, etc. . The material and labor cost was estimated at $1230. I reduced the price to $990., gave the home owner a copy of the quote. The home owner read the quote and asked me when could I do the work. The work was completed several days later. The home owner expressed happys with the outcome of the work and wrote me a check for $990.. I thanked the home owner and asked to be call again if needed. The price that was paid in May 2008 was agreeded on before the work was done and seems to be more than fair for the amount of work done. A lot more work was done that the home owner stated in the review. Why would anybody wait 5 years to complaint about work or price when they had a detail quote and price before the work was done.
