A-1 Painting and Maintenance, Inc

His name is Gene Hilterbrandt.  The exterior painting was minor because it's a big house, so it was just for some doors.  He was straight forward and did what he said he would do.  He's got good quality and after all said and done, it looked good.  There was one thing that they didn't get done.  It got messed up a little big but it was minor.  His painting was excellent.  What they did is they removed the window locks so that they could paint where the lock fits but they didn't put the window locks back on the windows.  They didn't put everything back after they were done.  They just missed that one thing.  They cleaned up the rest but they just didn't reinstall the window locks.  Actually I shopped around a lot because it was so costly and he was very well priced.  The quality of his painting was good.  He is good at responding too.

They did a great job. They are very prompt and professional.

I have used this company twice. They did bring their own equipment, like ladders. They used good quality paint, it was Sherwood Williams. There are no problems with the work and they didn't have to fix anything. I only met the owner Gene and I didn't meet with other workers. They cleaned up everything after they did the work and they didn't make a mess.
