Neil Phillips Roofing

We were told by Mr Phillips that the insurance company would pay for the roof. They looked at my roof and agreed to pay for it. I was given by Mr. Phillips a written estimate. The estimate was written in pencil with numerous misspellings and grammatical errors. I gave him the benefit of the doubt since he came highly recommended. After placing one side of the metal roof he had a 'family emergency' and had to leave the job. When six weeks had passed I tried calling Mr. Phillips. Two calls later he did get back to work and finished my roof by January. The roof leaks. He was called twice to fix the roof and finish the odd jobs I had paid for as well. The odd jobs, gutters and rain barrels, he argured over before following my design. The roof leaks. He remarked about thinking it would leak but after he checked the roof I was told it wasn't the roof. The roof leaks. The skylight in the bathroom was damaged during the roofing job and wasn't leaking before this job was started. I had to fix the skylight as Mr. Phillips swears his metal never touched my skylight. The roof leaks. The bathroom vent is postioned over a ridge in instead of a flat part because Mr. Phillips didn't line up the ridges correctly. We also had to buy extra sheeting becasue he underestimated the size of the roof. The roof leaks. Mr. Phillips refuses to repair the the leaking roof. I have addressed this problem with Mr. Phillips twice and he has yet to fix my roof. I have called other contractors but many are reluctant to clean up after someone else's mess. The roof still leaks. I've been on my roof twice to caulk the joints in the metal but I am not a roofer so my roof leaks.
