The first visit was just to meet them and show them what I needed done and to get an estimate on their fee. The fee for their service is dependent upon exactly what they are expected to do and the size of the home they are contracted to clean. I believe I was their first client but they have since obtained others.
I rate them a "B" instead of an "A" for quality only because I have had other housecleaning performed over the years that has been more in-depth without asking or pointing out what needs done; but also some that has been not nearly as good. We are still in a learning stage of what I expect from them. However, I feel they will do anything I ask in order to please so I intend to keep using them and would recommend them to others.
