DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. Even if you get a signed contract. Known as New Sun Concrete, Solid Concrete Surroundings, Concrete Master to name a few. The company has many names and is an LLC to protect their personal liability. They like payment to a person rather than the company, that way the money cannot be frozen in the account to pay their debts. I hired them and the work should have been done in 2 weeks. Instead I have had over a year of aggravation and still not have a completed
job, nor reimbursement as awarded in small claims. They ask for more and more money and did not get the job done and left me hanging with an unfinished job that cracked in less than 2 weeks. Supervision of workers was non-existent, delays due to lack of manpower and equipment and excuse after excuse. Check out Angies List or Yellow Pages and you will see the negative feedback. Check the Berkeley County Court records and see the cases. Check with SC for valid license. BEWARE!!
