BIG WARNING to all about contracting with this provider.  He provided a discount for lawn service under a 1 year contract and then claimed he was injured and could not complete lawn services after two months.  He also never provided the $48 weed control as promised.  He intended from the beginning to run this scam.  I'm sure he's out this spring once again trying to do the same.
He currently still owes me a $416 refund for work not completed.
