My wife and I rent a house on Johns Island from MTB Properties. July 4 our AC went out. One of the advantages of renting through MTB is we have the owner's cell phone. I called Mike and spoke with him on this day. Even with the summer in full stride Mike was able to get his repairman out here in a very timely manner. What really impressed me was he told us to go buy a wall unit and deduct the expense from our rent. We didn't do it, but the thought was appreciated. We have been with MTB for 3 years now and I thoroughly enjoy the relationship I've developed with MTB and especially, Mike. It's not often that you come across a company that geniunely cares about its customers, but MTB is a strong exception. Anyone who is looking for property management should certainly give them a call.
