I would hope if she will be late to my appointment or anyone else's appointment that she would call to alert the customer.

They were 45minutes late. I guess they were coming from another job but they should have called to say they would be late.

It couldn't have gone better. The owner and her husband arrived at the agreed upon time. They brought and used all their own products and equipment. I was asked to check each room as it was completed to approve the work. I was in the home most of the time but had no worries about leaving to do errands for awhile. They worked so hard - much more than I would have myself. Little touches were added such as special foldings of Kleenex and toilet paper, and the air freahener they used was light and lovely and not at all obnoxious as some can be. I felt as though I was living in a brand new home. A cannot speak too highly of their wonderful work and would urge others to consider this company when making a choice for house cleaning.

I was given Ms. Jesus' name from a friend and decided to give her a try, since I have no time and hate housecleaning. She and her sister called me and made an appointment to come to my condo and give me an estimate of the job. My place is a little hard to find, hence the "lateness", I believe. Anyway, after a thorough examination of the condition of my place, I was given a price for the initial cleaning and a price for the subsequent twice-a-month cleanings. The initial estimate for the condo that had not been touched in eons was $150.00, which I fewlt was reasonable. She and her sister spent almost 5 hours cleaning my place! It has been $90 since for every other week, and the same attention to detail has gone into the cleaning--I am delighted!!!
