They didn't charge us anything for that they just told us to bring him in.

We took our dog there, but she passed away last February.  She had cancer.  I think they were good; I wouldn't think they're the best on the market, but I do think that they're good, so I would give them an A.   The quality of service was very good; it was a very good doctor and the nurses were good.

They were excellent or I would not have come back.

They are very good people. We have been with them for as long as we have been here, four years. I really trust them. They are expensive. I will be using them this coming Saturday. I like their cleanliness for one. I have never seen it dirty or dog hair lying around. My dog sheds because she gets nervous and it all just falls off of her. They are very professional at the front desk. They do not keep you standing and waiting. They get you checked in quickly and you can have a seat. The doctors are pretty punctual. I have never waited more than 5 maybe 10 minutes at the very most. The doctor takes his time with you, explaining things to you in English or in layman’s term so you do not have to bring a medical dictionary with you. I really appreciate that. We make follow-ups for the prescriptions to come down and their overhead fees. I do not what to pay for the building. I will pay for the doctor, but I do not want to pay for the building. I know they have a great overhead, but I still want it to be cheap. I do not want cheap care.

I would recommend them for their professionalism. They seem like they care about the animals.

We would use them again in the future.

The staff and Dr were great. We had adopted a dog that was severely under fed. We wanted recommendations as the best course to put weight on him in a healthy way. After reviewing the records from the adoption center and an examination, they found multiply discrepancies.

The Dr. advised that the neuter may have been done and that there could have been bleeding and this is what was being felt. The best course was to wait a month to see if the swelling went down. He also advised that we contact the adoption center to see if they could verify anything and see if they would pay for the microchip.
In the end, the swelling went down and the adoption center paid for the microchip. As for the eating, he said to not over feed and give the regular amount daily and he will gain weight naturally. This is what we did and dog is doing fine.
Since this was an unusual situation, we appreciated that the Dr. took extra time with us to give us options we could pursue and did not push for services to be done at their clinic and encouraged us to give the adoption center a chance to fix the problems.
It was also nice to receive several phone call follow ups on what was going on and we also receive a card in the mail too.

I had a cat that hated the world except for my husband and me. She was a stray, and she was sick. The other vets just couldn't handle her because she got really angry when she was there. I took her in to this vet, and she didn't make a peep. This cat screamed at the top of her lungs with every vet except for this one. Dr. Brown is a fantastic vet. She is very good with the animals. I have three cats, and all three have been there several times. Two of them are strays. They are cheaper than the other vets I've been to. One cat has hyperthyroidism. The vet explained what the issue was and gave us the medicine. Even the dosage was right. She has also microchipped him. The experience with her has been great. Another pet had been bit by a squirrel, and she examined the bite. Since I can't give the cat shots, she explained that the cat was probably fine, but she called later to make sure the cat was acting normally. They call if they have examined the cat for something unusual. The staff is wonderful. They can deal with animals that are hard to deal with. That's what impressed me the most. I went to 30 other vets that couldn't handle that 5-pound cat.

They are really good with the animals. I haven't had any complaints.
