Everything went very well.

Tommy the Goose Creek HVAC technician preformed our semi-annual HVAC maintenance again today. He is an outstanding technician, explains what he is doing, very personable and a joy to have in our home. Goose Creek installed our systems when we built 4 plus years ago and we have been with them ever since.

Goose Creek Heating and Air went out of their way to secure parts for my unit, which I believe is 10 years +. Trey the technician is very professional and is at the house fixing the unit as we speak. This is my second time using Goose Creek Heating and Air and would I would contact them again for future needs.

I would like to preface this review by saying I own 10 houses in the Charleston area as rentals/primary residence and interact with the trades routinely. My interactions with this company have been the worst experience I have had. I had a heat pump system installed at my home by Goose Creek Heating and Air. The new system did not do a an adequate job cooling the upstairs area of our home. The manager kept blaming it on the downstairs unit. After a stand still of many phone calls with Goose Creek I had Myers Heating and Air come out (highly recommend them) and find that a damper was wired backwards and that the unit that was installed just two months ago was low on freon. They did not do any wiring changes and did not want to get involved with another company's install. Goose Creek came back out and found they did install the system improperly, fixed the damper issue and that the system was indeed low on freon. I subsequently had to have the system topped off with freon two and four years after the install by Goose Creek. Obviously the system has been leaking for sometime. The installed system has frozen or failed routinely. Their installation has never cooled my upstairs to my satisfaction. I had an independent hvac expert come out and do load tests showing the system was not size properly. I asked the owner for a new system and he had a every excuse in the book not to stand by his work--you had other people do a service on it (excuse me for not wanting the company who couldn't wire it properly to come back every year) or they didn't service it every six months. I will have to replace it this summer five years after the install Do yourself a favor and get a company that will stand by their work. If you read their reviews most of them are for showing up on time for service calls. Based on my experience, if you are replacing a system this is the last company you want to work with.

contractor was here within 2 hours and fixed the problem

Very well. I didn't take him long at all to replace it and it's been about a month since it has been replaced and the air-conditioner still works fine.

Good helped a lot to get AC running good

Tech called before coming, and arrived on time. As far as I know, he did what needed to be done. He was polite & professional.

Workers arrived on schedule and worked steadily for two days. Cleanup went well. Vapor barrier, however, was carelessly laid down and Goose Creek quickly dispatched a team to remedy the deficiency. One peculiarity was that the data sheet containing model and serial number was permanently stuck upside down on the air handler, making it extremely difficult -- but not impossible -- to read. Goose Creek management, when it finally responded to my complaint, gave assurances that the upside down printing made no difference in quality. But I was not happy.

Okay. Goose Creek Heating and Air has kept up our system twice per year for many years' It hasn`t been the same, though, since Zack left.

They did a great job inspecting the AC unit and recommending the appropriate care to ensure the unit last a long time. Very professional, timely, and cost friendly. The even complemented the care of the unit from the previous provider we used. I am very pleased with the service

If I could I would use them again. They are really friendly, they are experienced, they are knowledgeable. Really good he was great.

These guys are top notch. Kiwi and Jason did most of the work, and they were two of the nicest, hardest working young men I've met in a long time. Chaz and Neil were also extremely helpful. We did incur one minor misunderstanding, but it was immediately resolved - I could not have asked for more. I recommend this company and will use them again when it comes time to replace our aging HVAC units.

They came out within about 45 minutes of me calling (I was told 30-60 minutes) which was amazing. It was a cold weekend and only forecasted to get colder that evening. He was able to find the problem within like 15 minutes and have it replaced shortly after that. My heat was working again! Very fast service, and I'm so glad they were able to come out on a Sunday. The replacement cost of the capacitor was a bit more than I expected, but I know that the diagnostic and labor will be higher on a Sunday call!

On all occasions, very well. I am pleased to have my system working well for as long as it has, and I think their maintenance is part of that.

I would use them again in future.
