The facilities are amazingly clean.  They are very professional.  I was really impressed when I was told, quite frankly, that no reservations could be made until all vaccination records were reviewed and approved.  (I don't mind that at all, they are just protecting our babies.)  I was impressed how they took charge and controlled the coming and going of the pets and owners to avoid any conflicts.  I cannot think of a negative, but I could go on and on with the positives.

We have used the B&B multiple times.and this is our go-to place for boarding our dog   The staff is attentive, and our dog comes home in great shape. The premises are clean and odor free with separate runs for dogs. You can opt for extra "activities" and individual attention.  Our girl doesn't like thunder and they attend to that as well.  We also boarded our (elderly) cat and she enjoyed the window as well as the very tidy enclosure.  The times our animals have had medical issues while in their care, the veterinary staff contacted us promptly, made recommendations and treated as we directed. FWIW, we have friends who use them for their animals and who are equally pleased.

They are very good with the dogs. They do everything they can to keep the dogs calm and to get the dogs to know them before they start any procedures.  They are very good, take very good care of the dogs and very hands-on with them. The staff is good.

This was our first visit to GCB&B.  Our German shepherd dog, Cindy, was boarded for a week while we travelled north for a wedding.   Upon her arrival, Cindy was examined by a vet (no charge) and it was found that she had bleeding from a ruptured cyst on her side.  Cindy was treated and we were constantly kept informed of her status - all at no charge.  When we picked her up we were given a prescription for two weeks of antibiotics and told how to care for her injury, which was much better by then, but still needed attention.

GCB&B keeps your pets separated from other pets while they're exercised - the best reason for boarding them there!  No injuries, cross-contamination, etc. from somebody else's pet - my biggest fear!

Additionally, we were sent photos of Cindy playing in the exercise yard: $10 for three or four photos, a great  price and you can see how your pet is reacting.

You can get all kinds of play options, all very reasonable.  The staff was terrific from start to finish, and I know that our Cindy was well taken car of.

We were absolutely satisfied with everything at GCB&B, and expect to be using them again.

She is an excellent vet. Our dog is quite old, and there has been a lot of medical needs. There couldn't be nicer people. They return phone calls promptly, and they are caring people. We have used them for years. At one point there was a vet in the organization, and he was less caring. Our dog was not eating, and the vet told us that he will eat when he is hungry. We are around the dog 24/7, and we know his eating habits, so when they suddenly change, or almost stop, we know he is getting old. That vet is no longer with them, and I think it could well be that he didn't fit in. They have other vets in the office, and we use Dr. Kahuda exclusively, but even when she is on vacation, and you call, somebody calls back right away. Everybody there is topnotch and they don't seem more expensive then other vets. They are great. I have an appointment there next week. Our dog has a heart that works in 3 chambers, he has cancer, and our specialist told us that he is surprised he is still alive. He is not just a dog in the dog house in the backyard, and it is going to break my dogs heart when he dies. Some days he acts like he is 2 years old, but more and more he acts like he is 95. They are prompt, caring, and compassionate. We have even asked if we should put him down, but Dr. Kahuda said that he is happy and not in pain. Sometimes my wife just calls her to talk, and she will never rush her, she will never make her feel like there is another patient. She just had a spot on her liver last year, but now the whole liver is affected, and he takes 12 pills a day. It is thanks to them that he has gone as long as he has gone.

I called to make reservations for my pitty for this weekend. She hasn't stayed here before but my phone experience was so great I couldn't wait to review and I'm sure the stay will be top notch. Typical vaccinations are required; rabies, distemper, parvo and bortadella (??). Prices aren't bad. I've paid more and there is no price to give my baby love and attention during an already stressful time when mom and dad are gone.

Staff was courteous and patient...Kennels and all areas are very clean and well maintained...Options are offered for "extra attention"...which we took advantage of...We visited four (4) boarding facilities in the area before choosing one...This was definitely our preferred choice based on comfort/quality of care...and less costly than others (although this was not the deciding factor). Highly Recommend!

We got there Friday AM and I took care of the paper work. I then brought the dogs into their 'Suite'. It wasn't that the people who worked their weren't professional but they didn't really seem all that interested in the dogs. The young man checking us in didn't do any interaction with the dogs. They advertise the room as having a rug and elevated food and water. The suite had neither rug nor elevated food and water. They don't accept blankets and the beds, which were elevated three or four inches from the floor, included one covered by a towel and one not covered at all. There was a TV in the room as advertised but it was not on when we got their to pick up the dogs. The window looked out at a small court yard and parking lot.
It advertised that each room and run is disinfected daily but it doesn't appear it was done Sunday. I am very disappointed in the fact that when we picked up the dogs the 'suite' had a very strong urine smell. I also noticed a urine smell on our small dog.

I like that the place was clean and that they were very attentive and friendly with the dogs. It was like the dogs loved them. The following time I went to the vet, they were trying to pull me over there. I think it's just that they love being outside with other dogs. I would tell anyone that it's a good place. You'll feel comfortable having your pet away from you. It'll be like a home away from home for them.

My cat had a little bump/tumor and they did a check on that to make sure it wasn't cancerous. Overall, I think it was a good price. They are really friendly and very good with the pets. They're a quick service. You're not in there forever. I like that. It's very clean. So you don't have to worry about your pets catching something from previous animals. What I really like about them is they do a followup. They send cards out when it's time for their shots to come up again. They send birthday cards when it's your pet's birthday to remind you. They will give a followup call when your pet is sick. Like for instance, one of my boxers got out last year and he mated with a female dog across the street then came back in my yard. The dog catcher came and got the female. Of course, my dog heard her yelping and ran after the truck. At that point, the dog catcher got out and tried to catch my dog. My dog was too fast so he got the dart gun out. He shot him with the dart gun and it went into his bone. When I got him out, I had to take him to the vet because it caused an infection. Then a week later, I had to take him back because he got what I thought was whooping cough from the place the dog catcher kept him. My other other dog and my cat all got sick with it. It turned out it was the flu. So then I had to get antibiotics for all of them. They called to check up on all my pets. That I like because that means they're really concerned.

I have used Animal Medical Clinic and Bed and Biscuit since I  moved to Goose Creek in 2004.  Throughout the years I have received nothing but the best service in taking care of my dog. We have  had many visits, exams, boarding  stays and I can honestly say that my dog enjoys seeing the staff there and they take the time to know their patients.  She is greeted before I am and I know she just loves all the attention. And now that I have a senior dog where traveling back and forth to the vet is taxing on her they now how home visits for an extra $20.This is wonderful addition to their services and the  money spent is well worth it.
I wanted to give a special thank  you to the following people: Dr. Shannon Barret has she is my veterinarian. I love the fact that she get down to the dogs level and talks to them and then passes the info on to "mom".  It is nice to see someone who enjoys their job and it makes me happy to see she wants the best for my "kid" as well.  Dr. MacGeorge, he has assisted on house visit and medicine issues while Dr. Barret has been out. I thank you for assisting me during this time.  Kaki Lankau: she "babysat" my dog in her office back in 2011 while I was in California until other arrangement could be made while I was out of state due to breathing issues my dog was having due to laryngial paralysis.  The special attention you showed her was very much appreciated and took away some stress during that time.  Jaime Thrift and Rebecca Infinger....what can I say...you girls rock!  I love how your interact with my dog and how happy she is to see you.  Goes to show good hearted people...as everyone knows...dogs know!  And of course my most favorite person Alicia Owens.  She is always very helpful and just a pleasure to deal with when I am in our office.  I have known her since I started coming to AMC and was disapppointed when she left.  The best move the office made was bringing here back!!!  Don't let her get away again!! You all are a wonderful group of people and I strongly recommend anyone in the area looking for a vet/ boarding kennel to try them. You will be happy with the services and the staff as they go above and beyond to assist. I know I have been. Thank you everyone!

I have boarded my dog here on several occasions and have been very pleased with their service. The last time I board her really sealed the deal for me. I have an older dog who has laryngial paralysis so when see gets excited or anxious she has extreme difficulties breathing. The day I took her in went well and I boarded my flight to California. Upon landing in California I had received a message from kennel and vet advising my dog was having difficulties breathing. They also called my emergency contact since they were unable to get ahold of me at the time. This was on a Friday and they kept and eye on her at the veterinary facility and then transported her to the emergency vet to have her monitored and supplied with oxygen overnite. By time I arrive in California is was late in S.Carolina. The vet was very helpful at the late hour and advised she would contact me in the morning to update. They also provided me with the emergency vet hospital information so I could check on her as well. The next day I received a call from the vet and staff at kennel advising me that my dog had been picked up from emergency hosiptal and moved back to kennel. She was still having some issues with her breathing and worked with me until I was able to get some friends to pick her up and take her home so she was more comfortable. They recommended this as they do not have staff at night and wanted to ensure her safety and health. During this time they spoke with my friends who were picking her up and provided neccessary medication and instructions for them to aide her while I was away. While waiting for her to be picked up she stayed with the vet director so she would be calm until she could go home. I am sure like most people my dog is my "child". I greatly appreciate how they went all out to ensure my dog was taken care of during this scare while I was unable to attend to her being out of state. I highly recommend anyone to use their services knowing that your pets will be surrounded with the best possible care between the vet and kennel.

I have used them mostly because they are near my home and I was new to the area. Now that I have found the time to shop around I am confident that I will never use them again. I had a 12 year old German Shepherd that was used to being boarded in multiple facilities due to my husband and I being military. I also have a miniature poodle. The first time I boarded them at this facility, I did so out of necessity. They were very reluctant to give me a tour of the facility and to this day, I am still not sure why. I used the facility about 3 more times after that and one of those times, I had to literally pick the bigger dog up and take him in. He didn't want to go in. The last time i used them for the kennel, the lobby wasn't very clean, there were smells and I then decided it was time to go somewhere else.
During this time I also used the Vet services. I did not need to use the service for a long time and when I did, the behavior of one of the technicians made me decide to never ever return. The ladies at the front desk were usually very nice but my decision to not return was due mostly to one incident with the smaller dog's shots.
I took him in for a checkup and to get his required shots and shots needed if he were to be boarded. After his checkup and before the required shots, they gave me a long list of shots that they suggested and a list of lab tests needed. When I asked them to explain the need for each shot/test, they were not very helpful in giving the information I asked for. The assistant seemed to be aggravated with the questions and provided very short answers. I informed them that at that time, I only wanted the shots that were necessary. All of the other shots, I wanted to read up on prior to having them done. Because I wanted to delay the "good to have" shots, I was made to feel very uncomfortable. Not only did they not want to give proper explanations for the shots, they made some very derogatory remarks on the records regarding me not having them done as suggested.
I paid for the checkup, got the required shots, asked for a copy of the suggested shots/labs, left there and went to the vet on the Air Force Base. Once there, I asked them the same questions about the shots. I asked without telling the back story or situation with GC Band B. I was informed that many of the shots that were being pushed, were not actually "needed", and could be done at another time.
The bottom line is, I was very discouraged with their "salesman" tactics regarding shots for pets. I feel that I should be able to get only what I ask for because only I know what I can afford.

It was $20 a day. They were right next door to my vet and they are owned by the same people so I knew the animals would be taken care of. They were very good. All the people that work there really love animals and they take very good care of them. They give them lots of TLC. A dog that we boarded with them had a thunderstorm problem and they sat with her and calmed her down to make sure that she was all right when there was a thunderstorm. Their prices are about the same as everybody else.
