Chem Dry did a great job. The carpeting looked terrific when he was done. They even removed a set in pet stain, cautioning me that it might resurface as the days went on. I was delighted that it did NOT resurface. The gentleman who cleaned our carpeting was prompt, professional, exceedingly polite and extremely competent. The outcome far exceeded my expectations I hired Chem Dry on the Recommendation of a friend as well as another acquaintance and I'm very glad I did.

Chem-Dry of Charleston are really good. It smells good when it's done and they have a special agent that gets rid of pet stains. They have a guarantee come back if a stain comes back. It doesn't take very long to dry. The chemicals are all safe, for humans and pets. They are very friendly.
