HORRIBLE (see above for story)! I was lucky the Appliance Town installer didn't hit me. He appears to be a total psycho. If I'd known how awful it would be I would have stuck with the crummy old dishwasher. Even if these folks were giving away Bosch appliances I wouldn't go there.
