Machelle  is an extraordinary real estate agent. She came in to give a market analysis for a relocation for my husband and I and she didn't come in with all numbers but spoke to us about  pros and cons and little things we should do to make the house more salable. Her approach is very honest and down to earth. We lived in a small town and she was very up front about the drawbacks to a sale and then came up with great solutions to conquer those drawbacks. She had a professional photographer come to take pictures that were some of the best I have seen on the internet for housing sales.  Anytime we contacted her, she responded in a very timely fashion and went above and beyond helping us find people to do work when necessary even after we had already moved which was a blessing indeed. She helped us determine a price so the house would sell quickly and even with the small town challenge, our house had a contract on it in about 3 weeks. We would gladly work with Machelle again if the opportunity ever arose and would giver her an A+++++ if available as a grade.
