Doug responded promptly to my request for an estimate and provided it on the spot. After I obtained other bids he immediately returned the same day and negotiated a final cost which was very reasonable for the scope and difficulty. The job started right away and on scheduled time and ended within the projected time also.
Most of the trees were located within a fenced enclosure or in a front yard area with many shrubs and other trees to be saved. The two bucket truck operators were outstanding, dropping large segments from 40-75 feet in the air on small targets on the ground. Most amazing was that the fence incurred no damage at all, the ground disturbance was very minor and almost no shrubbery or remaining tree damage occurred.
Dave was the on scene supervisor and kept things moving. The tractor operator was excellent moving large segments from tight spaces. The cleanup was good also. They were very conscientious of my neighbors property and ensured that a few stray pine cones and limbs were picked up.
I would use Ennis again. There was no payment until walkdown and customer satisfaction were achieved. They were very conscientious of my neighbors property and ensured that a few stray pine cones and limbs were picked up.
