Description of Work: It is very hard to get hold of Tim initially to schedule service (I assume because his skill is in great demand), but he is definitely worth the wait. He was on time, courteous, knowledgeable, and reasonable on price. I have a 1950s grandfather clock that he repaired and I couldn't be happier with the money spent. I rated him a B overall only because it took about a month to finally get service scheduled.
