They've done a very good job maintaining our AC system.

The experience was very good. This provider was referred to me by a friend and I also verified other's comments on Angie's List. I will use them again whenever I have AC issues.

We have also had them come to repair our system. With the heat of summer starting, it became obvious that one of our units was not working well, if at all. They came within a couple of days of calling them and thoroughly diagnosed the problem. Part of one of the units was no longer working and needed to be replaced. They gave us a quote for replacing the part that was not working or replacing the whole unit (it was getting older). There was no pressure to make any particular choice. They answered all of our questions too. When we decided on our option, they promptly ordered the parts and scheduled the work to replace what was needed.

I do not have the exact date of service, but know it was done in 2009.
We have a large house with three heat pumps. The one in the living area needed to be replaced. We called several companies who sold different brands of heat pumps. Fallaw Heating and A/C recommended a York unit (same brand we already had) and gave us a very good price. We had used Fallaw for maintenance on the old unit (they did not install it) and were pleased with their previous work. They were very prompt and thorough with the installation of the new unit. They replaced the thermostat and explained to us not only how to program it, but what the various signals that might appear meant. They cleaned up very well and left our home and yard nice. We have had to call them a couple of times with questions over the past three years and they have always responded promptly and courteously. The unit they recommended has performed very well and we like it. We appreciate their work ethic and friendly manners. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

They were great. They were a good company. They were very thorough. They do a good job at a great price. They always did a good job in my house.

They are always prompt, they are courteous, and they come as soon as possible after they are called. They do the work and they do it well. If there are conditions that we should know they have alerted us to them and they have given us choices about what to do. I haven't compared prices lately but I would say they are in the ballpark.
