+ -1 moreI have a 12-year old Whirlpool Gold washer that started leaking water. I started researching the located repair options and discovered that Johnson & Johnson was actually Shelley "Happy" Johnson that we had used many years ago before purchasing this washer. We were always pleased with his prior repairs so we immediately decided to have him come for this repair. He came provided a free estimate, ordered parts, and returned the next day and repaired the washer. It has been used several times since without any problem.
Description of Work: Replaced failed water pump and fixed agitator issue.
