Everything went very well.

Electrician arrived; said he could do the job. When I placed the call for service and again to the electrician I stressed that it was very important that all wiring be hidden. This guy ran the wiring through an electrical pipe and did not even attempt to place the pipe out of view. In fact, has the pipe plunging straight down the back to the ground, which destroys the entire ambiance of the pergola. When I told him I was not happy, he said it was the best he could do. My husband came home to view the work and called Stephen Lawson & Associates to tell them the work was unacceptable. This company advertises "friendly, reliable, honest and clean". My husband identified himself and said the work was not acceptable. The man he was speaking to immediately starting swearing at him, not letting my husband explain, and slammed the phone down after saying we were never to call their G.D. office again. We were appalled! The experience left us shaken, and we're still looking at substandard work.

Excellent phone responsiveness and personal attention. Appointment made and confirmed. Technician arrived punctually and was very polite; he immediately got to work and handled all issues efficiently and thoroughly.
