All is great. Every staff member I've worked with from Sandy Run has been professional, knowledgable and professional. Highly recommend.

My interaction with this company was great over all. The office was friendly and easy to deal with. The first spray was done punctually and thoroughly.

They have done a good job with the service. I had another issue I was asking them about, and they did not try to push sales on me which I really appreciated. They have arrived on time every time they have come.

They arrived on time. Took their time to do a thorough job. Guaranteed their work.

They work around our schedule. We haven't seen any bugs inside so that's a good thing. They are always courteous and they do a thorough job. They are effective.

They sprayed inside, and outside as a preventive measure. I have not seen any bugs since then so things are fine. They were here when they said they would be. The price was reasonable.

I've seen a couple of spider's in the house and some earwigs after it rains so we called them in for a routine spray job.
This is the second time we have used this company and everything has always been profession and timely. They even took care to handle my concerns (spiders in garage and around my son's sandbox).

Initially we spent $85 and then we spent a couple of $45 for re-sprays because they were having trouble getting rid of the cockroaches. They sprayed the outside and more recently did the inside of the house too. They are a family company; everybody knows everybody else. They were recommended to us when we moved here as being reliable and that certainly hadn't been the case. They were excellent until this last time. This time they haven't quite finished the job with the cockroaches and I have had to call them back again. Their price is competitive. They haven't been able to get rid of the cockroaches, in spite of the fact that they re-sprayed a couple of times. We have had to call them back every two months and then there is a re-spray fee for it. In the past, they have been very good, we haven't had to call them back but this time around we had to call them back a couple of times and it just isn't getting done yet.

He is very good about checking for water leaks or rotten wood under the house. When he comes out I know he not only checks for termites he also checks for problems under the house which I appreciate.
