MARK'S ROOFING & GENERAL REPR

Scheduling was difficult but mostly due to weather conditions in January time frame. The work done was excellent. I did have to initiate a lot of the communication but I would use this company again.

Hard worker. Went with me to pick out materials and made excellent recommendations.

We contacted Mark who called us back that day and made an appointment to come.  He showed up on time. He checked the dormers and replaced faulty flashing around the three dormers.  The roof shingles look as if no work had been done even though we had no extras. He was careful to take off and replace each shingle. He also checked the rest of the roof.  He cleaned the roof and cleaned up any debris in the yard from his work.  We've hired others to work on it but they left a mess, overcharged us and did incomplete work.

We played a little phone tag in the beginning due to my busy schedule, but he was understanding and worked around me. I had some roof damage from a wind storm earlier in the week. He came out and after giving me a phone estimate and fixed it for me, then the awesome thing was he said he over quoted me he wanted to lower the price by 30%. Which WOWED me! He said the job was easier than he expected, so I was so impressed with his professionalism and honestly, I offered him more to fix some misc. things I needed fixing around the house:) Very pleased, great people:) Will definitely be passing his card around.
