Once we talked and got through the formalities, they got to work. Brian was a pleasant and VERY knowledgeable person. He explained to me what they were going to do, what they were doing, and why. I had no questions -and I always have questions! Once they discovered the issues, he gave me his diagnosis and the worst case scenario. Again, he explained everything so well they I didn't have any questions.
My issue was more than just a simple drain so they had to reschedule to come back. No issue there, they'll be back in 72 hours. He even told me how to work around my issue should it arise before they get back to fix it. That was much appreciated!

UPDATE:
He saved me a few hundred dollars. During the first visit he thought I might need a camera, but then said, "Never mind the camera, your blockage is right there. So, when he came back a few days later that is where they started. Wouldn't you know he was spot on! So, no camera to run through the pipe. Cha-ching! He saved me a few hundred dollars!
I had to work so I stopped in mid day and saw the tree rooted pipe just before they cut it, then went back to work. He called me as they were leaving to say they had finished and everything was good to go. If you have plumbing problems, this the company you want.
This company was excellent.
