Had a tree fall during hurricane Ian.. I did not know tree removal services were this expensive, however this company Quoted me way less than other companies did. Other companies quoted $800-$1100 for this service. CDP advised since the tree already was on the ground it did not cost that much. Although, it was an unexpected expense Iâ m happy itâ s out of the way and cdp professionals made the experience very easy for me. Thank you for your help.

Honestly, I try extremely hard to write a negative review. I try to look around faults and look at the job as a whole, but this was a poor job all the way around. First off, the fence style. I specifically asked for board-on-board style fence, as that is what my HOA requires. They showed up the next day with prefabricated panels. I told them I was fine with it, but if my HOA had a problem with it then it would have to be done over again. So they continued with the prefab panels, and now if my HOA has a problem I sincerely doubt this company would hold up their end of the deal. Second, they dug trenches all the way around to set the posts, which I understand is necessary. The problem is they left the trenches open after they left and I have been stuck with repairing my entire back yard after a simple fence install. Third, the gate latches are only accessible from the outside of the fence. If you close the gate behind you, your only option is to hop the fence or go all the way through the house and out the front door. I have never seen a gate latch designed this way but I cannot imagine installing that and thinking it is acceptable. Fourth, there are 30+ screws sticking through the gates that stick out about an inch from the wood, and could easily injure someone. I have a 1 year old, so this is especially bad in my case, but even without a child it looks horrible and is a safety hazard. Again, I cannot imagine installing it and thinking it is acceptable. Fifth, they left a told of trash, screws and nails all over my yard. Again, a bigger deal with a toddler, but still a pain to have to clean up after someone else that I just paid. Sixth, and by far the worst. They placed the fence over one of my sprinkler heads, and now the sprinkler cannot extend all the way and sprays straight into the ground. I contacted them about this issue and they refused to move the fence and place it where the old fence was. Their only solution was to cut a hole in the bottom of the fence to allow the sprinkler to extend its full travel. As horrible as it would look and as bad as their service is, they agreed to come cut the hole in the bottom of the fence a month ago and I have yet to see their face again despite multiple calls. I have had work done before and looked past flaws because the job as a whole was great, but this was not a good job all around. And I hope the owner sees this review and tries to make this right because unhappy is an understatement.
