Horrible. They tracked mud in all over the carpet which left stains. When they discussed replacing the thermostat, they put in a regular one instead of a programmable, which was not what we wanted, but when I tried to talk to him about wanting a programmable one he tried to convince me I didn't need one and that they weren't worth the hassle and I'd never use it. We called to complain after they left about the thermostat, they said they'd come back and give us a programmable one at no charge. About a month after they replaced it with the programmable one, I got a bill in the mail for $104.00. I called back to complain and told the woman who originally ASSURED me there would be no cost for it, that she had sent me a bill. She called about a week later and said I didn't have to pay. At that point, I told her I wanted it in writing so they wouldn't send me any more unexpected bills. Each time I called I was told she'd have to call me back, which took about a week between each call.

My ductwork was all torn up and laying on the floor. They came to replace the ductwork and after they were finished, there was a constant buzzing sound in one of the returns. They came a couple of times when there was no buzzing and said they could not find it. They said to call them next time it buzzed and I tried calling them when the buzzing started but they would not respond. Now they claim that the reason they replaced the ductwork is due to the buzzing sound. I never had this sound until they replaced the ductwork. This is a very unreliable and unfriendly business.
