On time for a broken toilet. Removed the toilet and replaced the working parts.

Plumber removed the garbage disposal and didn't install a new one, per our request. We simply have two sinks in the kitchen now. My husband had said the faucets were leaking and asked if he'd fix those, and he did. Faucets are still leaking.

"In responce of this customers comments, I would like to say the following. This customer never contacted me to complain about any of the work that we done for her. Most people when they hire someone to do work for them, and they do have a problem, the first responce is to let the person know that they are having a problem with the work that they did. This customer never called me to complain about anything! Instead for some reason unknown they have tryed to make me look bad on Angies List! I have been doing plumbing work for over 25 years and have never had a customer not call me when they had a problem with anything that I, or my workers have done. I do not understand why anyone would go behind someones back to complain about something that we did not even know that we did anything wrong! If this lady asked us to install her a disposal we would have installed her a disposal. Why would we not? We do whatever the customer asks us to do, as we always have, and always will. She also said we charged her $150, but I checked our records and we only charged her $120. We are a very professional company and we provide excellent service for all of our customers. All this lady had to do if there really was a problem, was to call me and let me know! I can't repair what I don't know is broken. It is ashame that people like this are allowed to even use Angies List, when they, misrepresent the facts and do not attempt to resolve the problem first hand with the person that they called out to do the work in the first place! Working with Rick was excellent! He worked very quickly and efficiently. I purchased a higher end refrigerator which had plastic lines going to the ice maker. Rick took it upon himself to replace them with copper, which I much appreciated! I felt he went above and beyond for me and my project!

Alex and his crew were on time and quick. They even came back at no charge to swap out a faulty drain that I had provided. The cost of this and previous work was very competitive and the quality as always is excellent. They prioritize their calls so that if you have a bad leak they drop everything and come right out but if its not an emergency you get in line but it's never very long before they show up and you know that you can depend on them if you have an emergency.

If I ever have a problem, this company drops what they are doing to come and help. They are friendly and dependable. I use them all the time and I would recommend them to anyone. They made sure to answer all of my questions and charge a fair rate as well.
