 + -1 moreThey did well. The work they did was fine. He was on time, he did what he said he was going to do, and cleaned up after, and he has done a good job. I would recommend him because he did what he said he was going to do for me.
Description of Work: Phillips Plumbing replaced my hot water heater 3 months ago. The heating element shorted out in it and I just bought a new heater in.
