Terrible.. The worst customer service. Rude and unprofessional. Unfinished work.

The wait time was much longer then was advised and installation went on in stages, so also took much longer then advised. The cabinets look good and the employee who installed the cabinets was professional. However customer service and their overall reliability is dreadful, I had a crack appear on the front of a drawer and despite several phone calls, text messages and promises going back to the beginning of April, to date I am still waiting for the front of the drawer to be replaced. Very disappointed in their professionalism.

They are the most beautiful custom cabinets I've ever seen! They are completely beyond what I expected! The workmanship was unbelieveable. Gary was also very easy to get along with and accomodating. He really went out of his way to help me and answer any questions. He made it go as easy as it could for me! For the amazing workmanship of the cabinets and attention to detail, I received a good value for my money.

Had looked at cabinetry at big-box stores, but still couldn't get quite the size and finish we wanted. I like a lower counter than standard - don't like to wash my face in a sink that practically comes up to my armpits. He came to my home and the estimate was provided the same day. We went to his shop to see and pick the finish that went with our color and material samples. Very easy to work with and allowed us to make change before it was built. He would have installed it, but we had the guys remodeling our bathroom do that to streamline the process. Mirror he brought was wrong dimension, but he corrected it and brought it back to us without any fuss. Beautiful workmanship. Pull out drawer/ bottom tray in cupboard, and wasn't any more expensive than big-box store price. We will only consider custom cabinetry from now on, and would readily utilize the talents of McKown's again.
