+ -1 moreI contacted Cole Roofing to get an estimate on a roof repair due to a hail storm. I was directed to him by the search results via Angie's List. My initial call was promptly returned by Mr. Cole the same day that I left a message. He stated he would send me an email message with a form to complete and that he would follow up as well. I never heard from Mr. Cole nor anyone else associated with his company again. Too busy to respond? Anyway, due to his lack of response, follow up, and lack of professionalism, I utilized another provider to replace my entire roof.
