THEY WERE NOT PUNCTUAL, CAUSED DELAYS, DID NOT COMMUNICATE WELL, DID NOT TAKE OLD CARPETING AWAY, AND DID NOT HAVE THE CUSTOMERS BEST INTEREST IN MIND. DUE TO POOR INSTALLATION (INSTALLED AT 11 PM WITH POOR LIGHTING) AND CARPET QUALITY WE HAD A TWO FOOT "RUNNER" THE VERY FIRST TIME I VACUUMED. THEY REFUSED TO FIX AND/OR REIMBURSE ME FOR IT. I EXPRESSED CONCERN OF CARPET "RUNNERS" WHEN BUYING BERBER, AS I WAS LEANING TOWARD FLUSH CARPET, BUT SALESMAN URGED ME TOWARDS THE BERBER. THE CLEANING COMPANY WHO WAS VACUUMING, ACTUALLY HAD IT FIXED AT NO CHARGE. BEST CARPET NEEDS TO TAKE NOTES FROM THIS CLEANING COMPANY AND MARKEDLY IMPROVE THEIR SERVICE TO CUSTOMERS RELYING ON THEM.
