We've been using them for 20 years and will continue to. We are satisfied with their service.

Amazing service!! Called Monday morning and talked to Ted and told him our AC was blowing hot air only. Ted let us know that it would be the end of the day because of their busy schedule, but that they would be out today. Jeff, the serviceman showed up not long after 6pm, diagnosed the problem, replaced the capacitor and has us cold air blowing; all within 15 minutes. Jeff was very professional and did a great job. He answered some questions we had and was on his way. Calling for an HVAC repairmen On a Monday morning at the end of June and having same day service was very unexpected. But Ted let us know when we called this morning they would be here before the end of the day and they were. I will never use any other HVAC service company again. I have read enough reviews on Angie's List and now have seen for myself to know that Ted's HCAC will be the only company we use in the future. Honest, reliable and honest.

We woke up during one of the coldest nights of the year with the heat vents blowing cold air. When it got to a reasonable hour, about 7:30 AM, we called & left a message.  Tony returned our call shortly & said he would be there around 10:00 AM.  He called back at 10:00 AM & said that he needed to stop at a couple of elderly customers on the way to my house.  He arrived at about 12:00 noon and got started on the job.  He diagnosed the problem in a short amount of time and proceeded to repair the heater. Within 30 minutes after he arrived, we had heat!  Tony has always been responsive & reliable when we have needed him for heating & A/C.  We have used his services for a long time & trust that he does the work that is needed.

We have used Ted's at least three times, maybe more, over the years.  I may have already left a review a couple years ago, but since I am being prompted by Angie's List to provide further feedback for current customers, that's what I am now doing.  Ted's is a family operation, and we find them friendly, knowledgeable, and  VERY competitive on pricing.
Last year, we called Ted's, a company we had used two or three times previously,  to ask about a water heater problem.  Even though water heaters are not his specialty, Ted came out consulted with us on the problem.  Clearly, he understood the problem, but he did not try to "snow" us and try to put a temporary fix in, but suggested something we could try before replacing the water heater.  Since Ted's is not really in the water heater business, I appreciated his insight and counsel.
Previously, we had used Ted's to install new ductwork to feed heat and air to a room that we finished off.  They did a timely and quality job for an excellent price, even installing a cut-off flap at the SOURCE of the new ducting, so that we could just open/close  the new room to heat and air as we wanted to.
Another time, we called Ted's to look at our a/c system after being told by another contractor that our two a/c units needed immediate replacement. Ted said he could fix them up for a fraction of the price of new systems -- and he did.  This was literally several years ago, and the units have been working fine ever since.
I trust Ted -- that's my highest praise.  And it doesn't hurt that his prices are very reasonable.

I'm a HVAC engineer and I would use no one else but Ted. Has always provided me with excellent service on numerous occations.

It turned out fairly well. I paid online and he came and did the work. He looked at the furnace and confirmed that it was winter-ready. I didn't want to have any problems with that because it will be colder soon. I paid exactly the price of the big deal online. With the coupon involved, it was more competitive. I would use them in the future.

Went very well. They were on time and very professional. I was not home at the time of his arrival my son was.
The only problem I had was arranging appointment for this service. I purchased this coupon and they we to call and
set up appointment and never did. I had to call the 3 times before I could actually set up and appointment.

Gave a winter heating checkup and changed filter. Excellent service and sooo professional.

Ted removed my old ducts in the crawl space and my additional unit and ducts in the attic.  He insulated the crawl space.  He also jacked up the sagging floor.  Finally, Ted installed a new furnace and a new AC.  The job was more involved than the typical installation.  Ted provided both satisfactory and timely service.

I had an excellent experience. I had an issue where my heat stopped working the night before. I called Ted first thing this morning and he scheduled my appointment within 2 hours. He arrived on-time. He immediately spotted the problem and corrected it. He also went out of his way to give me preventive maintenance tips at no charge. Ted was very professional and I would certainly recommend him to anyone.

Ted has always been happy to let our children watch him work. He brought in a helper or two to remove the old equipment and replaced the concrete pad under it to fit the new one and then installed the new one. Someone from the gas company stopped to work on a controller that had been installed before we owned this house. He commented that Ted did a good job reconnecting it -- most people evidently don't bother to do it at all. Ted did it, and did a good job with it.

It went well very proffessional

Removed the old, dead units from the crawl space under the house (not a pleasant task I am sure) together with all of the old ductwork, wiring, piping, etc, etc and carted it all away.Installed all new ductworks and insulation, based and connected the new Packaged HVAC Unit; checked all twice to ensure all connections were good; installed all new registers and thermostat. Cleaned-up and removed all left-overs. Tested and adjusted all.

And everything was done in accordance with all applicabe codes following which it was inspected and approved by the authorities.
All in all, a first class excelent job by all involved.

Diagnosed the problem in minutes and fixed it in about twenty min. and fixed things that he thought would cause problems later and made the unit more effective. Thanks TED you da man and I will use you for now on in any of my heating and cooling needs.
