I would continue to use him because of quality of work, professionalism, honesty and going above and beyond what he had to do.

We had so much rain it was unbelievable. We had put in a Japanese maple in the front and back. The one in the back area was wet and he came in and he built it up. We have been fine since.  He went above and beyond to make time for us as busy as he was. I would continue to use him because of quality of work, professionalism, honesty and going above and beyond what he had to do.

We called him for drainage problem and he said we didn’t need anything.  We had other people saying we needed this and that.  So we contracted him for landscaping. We did front and back and we did landscaping lights. We were having problems with the flowers but he did a beautiful job with everything. He removed all the trees and shrubs. I gave him free reign to do what he wanted. He put in evergreen and two Japanese maples. He basically landscape our front and our back with flowers, trees and shrubs. It was expensive but he stood by his product and he replaced what was not good. He had some things he needed to get done and because he knew we were a little bit desperate with some things he was able to work us in where otherwise we would have to wait so he was very good.

Installed metal edging along our driveway to hold back mulch and to give it a more finished look. They also removed a section of lawn turf in an area my wife wants to build a garden. It was in a lot of shade and the lawn was always a problem there so a garden will suit the area well. They also installed the same metal edging around the new garden area and installed 3 yards of screened topsoil and covered it all with landscape fabric. They cleaned up the whole area when they were done. I would have them do any more work we need done around the place that's for sure.

They came the same afternoon that I called them - I had a serious leak in the backyard.
Once they arrived, Tim diagnosed the problem right away - a tree root had busted the manifold for the rear 3 zones. His team had to rebuild the manifold - which they did in about 3 hours. The workmanship was professional and the price reasonable..

They arrived at the time they had told me they would. They replaced one broken sprinkler head in zone 1 and also turned off one head that was now under a bush and was just wasting water.
Also they relocated a large rotating head in zone 3 which spray pattern was being partially blocked by growing shrubery.
The whole process took less than 30 minutes. The work was excellent and the price was reasonable, considering that 4 workers arrived along with Tim, the owner.
