Description of Work: I have no complaints on the roof itself, but more on the clerical end and false promises. The salesman told us on NUMEROUS occasions that the drip edge would be reimbursed to us by our insurance company. This is not true. I have messaged him several times to get a copy of my paperwork and an answer as to why he would tell me that. I received back ONE message back saying, "Let me check I'll let you know". I never heard from him again. I have emailed the owner of the company, but no response. I have tried to call the number on the business card, but it goes to fax. My agent called and actually spoke with Mr Slice. He was led to believe that all would be taken care of, but I haven't heard anything. I want a copy of my paperwork and reimbursement for the drip edge that I was lied to about.
