He did an excellent job.  The gas line is repaired and the water heater is working great.  His fee was much more reasonable than anyone else that I contacted.  He was prompt, explained everything that had to be done and did an excellent repair.  I would definitely use him again and highly recommend him to others.

Mac was such a breath of fresh air.  He was professional, pleasant, efficient, quiet, and was even sweet to our (obnoxious) dogs.  I called him at 1145 and he was just up the road and was at my house in less than 30 minutes ready to work.  He treated me and my house with respect and gave us his opinion on what was going on and what we needed to do, as well as discussed a couple of options to heat/cool our garage area so we can work on our hobbies!  Sometimes it's nerve-wracking as a female to have a stranger come into your house when your spouse isn't home, but I was completely at ease with Mac.  He will be our go-to for all things HVAC from here on out.

Response and repairs were done extremely prompt. Called mid morning around 10:00 and the work was completed by 3:00 that same day. Furnace broke down on a morning that was 13 degrees outside and had a nice warm house by the time I got home from work. Great job and very fair price.

I am pleased with them overall. They are great. They come out quickly and get the job done fast. They are very knowledgeable.

Mr. Golden's estimate was prompt and proffesional, unlike the other quotes I got. Some of the other companys I had to call several times to ask about when I could expect the quote. One in particular never gave me a quote after having come out. His was the lowest and though I was tempted to spend more and go with one of the bigger companys, I went with his and I am glad I did. During the inital inspection, Mr. Golden walked me through each component in my system and made sugestions but gave me options. He is very knowledgeable and before the work was started, we were in agreement about everything that was to be done. The only thing that changed was his cleaning of the ducts and the install of a damper so I could work with the different temperatures I experience in the upper level of my split level house. I asked for this to be done. We could have gone to a more sophisticated setup but I chose to go this way since it was cheaper. The price between what was originally quoted and the final was only $200, all of which were things I asked for after he started. The work was done in a couple of days and I have not had any problems or concerns, period. In addition to his profesional and prompt handling of the entire project, he also showed that he cares about his customers. For example, he called me a couple of weeks after the work was done to remind me to go online and register the unit, for warranty purposes. Not something you see every day. I would recommend Golden's Quality Air to anyone.
