BURNETTE'S HEATING & AIR

My neighbor recommended them. It seemed like the gentleman was very thorough and did a good job. He said that everything looked fine and I didn't need to worry. I appreciated his honesty and I would use them if and when I do need a heating and air conditioning system. He didn't even give me an estimate. The price was very reasonable compared to everybody else. It was reasonable but I didn't find it outstanding. It was in the ballpark of everybody else. He was very honest and upfront. He answered all my questions and took a lot of time with me.

I have 2 gas packs which are approximately 15 or more years old. After dealing with another company that said I needed a new motor and replaced same on my first unit, costing me close to $400. and it still didn't work I called Burnette's Heating and Air. Mr. Burnette came out within the hour, flipped the breaker back on and replaced the blown capacitor, the unit worked like a charm and continues to work like a charm. Each and everytime Mr. Burnette has come out to service and/or fix our units they work like brand new, he is honest, dependable, and most of all KNOWS what he is doing. I wouldn't use anyone else.
