Blueprint Construction

The deck is absolutely gorgeous and structurally sound.  Raul took the time to explain the need for each component of the deck - the horizontal beam supports the flooring so that we're not dependent upon joists alone, etc.  Every expense was explained in detail, so we know where all of our money went.  Raul was here every minute of the job, so we were comfortable the whole time.  The work did not interrupt our lives in any way at all - there were no delays, no excuses.  If there were decisions to be made - even as small as which screw we wanted him to use - he came to us, explained each option thoroughly, gave us his opinion, and left the final decision to us.  Not only do we have a wonderful new deck, we have expanded knowledge of and appreciation for structural engineering.  I highly recommend Raul and his company to anyone thinking of building a deck - or anything else - in their home.  We were so impressed that we asked for some of his business cards to hand out to friends who are looking to improve their homes.
