Will not go back after being a 25 year customer.
Description of Work: I have dealt with USA tire (Dewey) for 25 years. Dewey sold his business. These guys cannot be trusted like Dewey. I took my SUV in on Saturday after hitting a curb. The front end was out. They charged me $50 for an alignment and $14 for balancing two tires. I picked up my car as they were closing on Saturday. I quickly noticed the front end was still out. I called on Monday and spoke to a lady that told me their front end machine was broken and they were replacing during the week of the 4th. I went back the Saturday after the 4th when they said they would be ready to make it good. The same guy that told me the first time he aligned the front end (and did not) told me the machine was still not in. I took my SUV to the Volvo dealer the next Monday and paid to have it repaired. Thanks to the few weeks of screwing with these guys my tires are recked. Bottom-line is Dewey no longer owns USA Tire and the new owners are NOT to be trusted.

Unfortunately we were unable to please this customer, no matter what we did. At the time of this service all of the employees had worked here more than 15 years. The alignment was done to specifications and customer was still not satisfied. USA Tire and Auto Care has a very honest and trustworthy reputation per many reviews online.
