Willie and his crew have been cleaning my pond for two years now and I have been very happy with their service.  The crew goes above and beyond what is required of them when they blow leaves from my driveway and backyard grass every fall.  I definitely recommend Splashscapes Pro to anyone with a Koi or decorative pond.  They care for my pond as if it were there own.

We expected to get recommendations from the pondmaster regarding our koi pond/stream which as been installed for about 4 years.   The flyer indicates that they will "take care of everything for you" .... For $58 per hour, plus a $78 "service charge" we had two  men who did the manual cleaning, but offered no expertise or recommendations.  The stream had been losing water, which was the key reason we were willing to have the professional clean out.  The stream wasn't repaired.  I contacted David Weekly via email listing my concerns and disappointment.  He offered a service call and maintenance plan at additional cost.  He said he is getting more customers than he can handle due to his advertising, etc.  Guess quality is a victim of the company's growth. The flyer stated that most medium to large ponds cost $375 for the total clean out.  Our pond is not that big, we were charged $455.  We were disappointed that the cost is quite high compared to the value received.

The project took 2 weeks to complete although it would have been faster but for a three day rain delay. I had to request that the crew clean up the work area each evening but once I did that the area was kept clean. Before the project was begun the Koi fish were relocated into a large pool that was placed on our patio and they remained in the pool until the pond was completed and ready for them to live in. Plant shelves were built around each Koi pond for having different depths of plants. The company planted the bog area, the waterfalls and the Koi areas. We are very pleased with the filtration system and have had no merky water at all. As soon as the pond was completed it was crystal clear and has remained so since it was built. I do have some string algee but it has not been a major problem. I am able to clean the filter myself although we did hire the company to clean the pond for the first three months until I was confident in my abilities to clean and maintain the ponds. Several months after the installation, one of the pondside shrubs died and the company replaced the tree at no charge.

They built our pond about 3 years ago. Now I use them for maintenance. They come and clean my pond once in 2 weeks. They treat it chemically. We pay for the services once every quarter. They do a good job. It is a beautiful pond with a lot of big rocks. It is a designer pond and they are all different depending on the land there. They are probably the only certified pond builders in the city. They know what they are doing. They are easy to get along with. When I got this pond built, some people offered to do it at a lower price and vaguely outlined the job they were going to do. This person drew up a plan, explained to me exactly what he was going to do and put it in writing. So I think I paid him more because I trust him. He seemed to be more business like. They were very responsive. Since it was an outdoor job and they did not have to enter the house, they did not fix any time. They were very good.

If you are considering a pond, waterfall, any sort of water feature, you should call David Weekly. We are so delighted with his work, our back yard is transformed! In only three days he and his crew built a beautiful "creek" with a waterfall into a pond. David really knows what he is doing, he is on site the entire time and takes great personal interest and care in his work. He has a real eye for this and the comment we hear all the time is "it looks so natural!" David came back when the weather was warmer and installed numerous water plants for us. Highly recommended!

DAVID WEEKLEY WAS VERY RESPONSIVE WHEN I FIRST CONTACTED HIM. HE INITIALLY SPENT OVER AN HOUR INVESTIGATING MY PROBLEM, INCLUDING CHECKING OUT SEVERAL NEIGHBORING PROPERTIES. THE WORK WAS DONE IN ONE DAY BY A COMPETENT CREW. DAVID WORKED WITH AND SUPERVISED THE CREW.
