Southern-EEZ Landscaping

Excellent. Before the job started, someone from Southern EEZ came by to review the job they were about to do. The landscapers arrived on time and trimmed our bushes exactly how I specified. Everyone was very polite and courteous.

They were absolutely excellent. Any hardscape is a big job. I have recommended them to several people who've had the same experience.

Excellent. They showed up when they said, worked hard all day, were considerate of. me and my neighbors, AND listened to everything that I told them. My irrigation provider was supposed to come by and work with Nate and his crew to minimize the work for the irrigation lines. My irrigation provider didn't show up but they put in a pipe for him and did all the planning themselves.

They do a good job, not an exceptional job.

They were close to 3 hours late and they did not have enough grass to complete the job and returned several days later to complete the job.  The final pellet that was put down did not look as very good quality grass as the first 2 pellets and I mentioned this to the owner, Nate.  His response was, "It will all grow together."  Installation was on 09.18.15 and I noticed on Oct. 8th, the final pellet grass only came in 50% which I notified Nate (sent him pictures) on this day and he came to my home on Oct. 15th to investigate and said he would replace it the end of that week or the beginning of the week of Oct.19th, 2015 as he stands behind his work..  Emailed Nate again on Oct. 20th, and he said "I am still going back and forth with super sod. I want to replace the sod asap, but am pushing them to cover the cost given the bad material."

I am very happy with them. The result was excellent. The work is usually high standard.

The service went well.  I think they were the cheapest.  They were responsive and easy to work with.  They did the work just about on time.  There was nothing above and beyond their service, it is just average.
