The quality of the work was sub-standard, and the workers were frequently late or absent. Virtually all their work failed code inspection. In the meantime, I began another remodel with a different contractor. When the paneling was removed from a common wall with the kitchen, we found two dead uncapped 220 volt lines in the wall AND AN UNCAPPED LOOSE 110 VOLT LINE THAT WAS LIVE AND WITHIN 18" OF THE REFRIGERATOR WATER LINE. In my opinion, this is about as dangerous a situation as you can have with a high probability of fire or electrocution. THIS IS GROSS NEGLIGENCE ON SOUTHEASTERN'S PART. This contractor should be avoided at all costs!!! I subsequently employed an independent electrical contractor to inspect the work and they found numerous additional code violations including live, uncapped wires.

I was so pleased at the work they did. They worked so diligently and did a great job. They stopped to double check with me to make sure that they understood my instructions correctly. They were pleasant, courteous, and a joy to work with. I am so pleased with the end result.

They are extremely professional, polite and considerate of the home owner. Very accommodating. If they are not able to do exactly what you want they will work with you to find the best alternative.

While they were doing the work, unfortunately they hit a water pipe and we had a flood. They immediately corrected it professionally. They explained what had happened and got into the recovery. They handled it the way they should have.

We were very impressed with the work that this company did for us with our generator. As a result, we have hired them to come back to our home for other services. We found them to be easy to communicate with and they took directions extremely well, also. They were skilled within their trade and reliable. I can not recall what we paid for the generator installation, but I had called around to several other companies and I can tell you that this company offered me the best rate in my area.

THEY WERE PROMPT AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY DIDN'T FILL THE TRENCH WELL ENOUGH - THEY LEFT A DIP WHICH WOULD HAVE BEEN DIFFICULT FOR THE LAWN MOWER TO TRAVERSE. I CALLED THE COMPANY AND THEY SENT SOMEONE OUT RIGHT AWAY TO FIX IT. THE ACTUAL PRICE WAS HIGHER THAN THE ESTIMATE, WHICH SURPRISED ME, BUT THE REPRESENTATIVE EXPLAINED IT TO MY SATISFACTION. TWO WEEKS LATER, I RECEIVED A CHECK FOR $125 AND A NOTE APOLOGIZING FOR THE OVERCHARGE!

THE TECHNICIAN SHOWED UP ON TIME TO GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE. I AGREED ON THE PRICE AND SET UP THE APPOINTMENT. THE SAME TECHNICIAN SHOWED UP TO COMPLETE THE WORK. HE WAS QUICK, EFFICIENT AND FRIENDLY.

WORK WAS DONE IN ONE DAY BY VERY PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY ELECTRICIANS. THEY TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN TO ME HOW THE TRANSFER SWITCH WORKED AND HOW TO USE VARIOUS HOUSEHOLD CIRCUITS DURING GENERATOR USAGE. A VERY EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE, I AM COMPLETELY SATISFIED. I HAVE EVERY REASON TO BELIEVE THAT THIS COMPANY HAS HIGH ETHICAL STANDARDS.
