The technician, Broderick, was very kind, quick, helpful & personable. I had a simple request of needing to remove an overly-tightened garden hose attached to my spigot. Broderick got it done in a spiffy but stayed a few extra minutes to recommend different hoses and attachments to me for the future, instead of rushing to move onto the next job, which I appreciated.

Alfred was wonderful, on time, thorough and best service ever. Price very reasonable. Highly recommend!
