They were absolutely horrible in every respect. The quality of their work was sub par, their follow up was both late and management response was very poor. They eventually walked off the job without completing it. I would not recommend that anyone hire this company nor would any of our neighbors who had similar experiences with them.

Honestly, not great.  The crew was reliable and showed up every week as promised, yet my lawn looked worse than all but one in my neighborhood.  There was never any communication about scheduling fertilization, etc., so given the condition of my lawn I was left having to proactively reach out almost every month to ask if additional services needed to be performed.  I just wanted my lawn to look good and would gladly pay for anything not included in my contract, but the lack of communication made it difficult to understand what was possible without constantly nagging with emails.

Started at 9:00am tuesday morning with a full team ready to work. First one guy went over with me where each zone would be and what type of heads that were being used on each zone. I had a couple of odd areas to water but they were able to come up with a good solution. The installation was using PVC where a 10 ditch was dug with a ditch-whitch machine then the pipes were laid and backed filled with the soil, new sod was brought in to replaced the sod dug up where the PVC was laid. The problem I had was that the machine tires tore up my lawn pretty bad and in a lot of spots the sod had to be replaced. There was a little resisitant to do this but it was agreed they would fix it The problem was mis-matched type of sod was used and a lot of places where the sod was not completly dug up but was tore up was not replaced and nothing was done. Overall it went good but the next time I would take pictures and have a discussion on exactly how the damage would be repaired. I looked into having a company come out where they simply cut the sod and pull black pipe in the ground and not used the PVC but almost all my neighbors who had gone this route had leakage problem soon afterwards and the machine still tears up the sod. I would use Shamrock Landscaping again, the price was good and the salesman was honest and tried to satisfy me as much as he could.

We have since moved and look forward to having them help us again with our yard:)

The job was completed on time and at budget. The price is always right and am left feeling that I received more than what was quoted, which is rare. I strongly recommend this firm, especially if you need help creating a vision for you yard and outdoor living space.

They did have to cut one of my azalea bushes in 1/2. They did the irrigation when we purchased the house from the builder. Just kept using them. Been using them for over 10 yrs.

I have been happy with them. They are very punctual. I pay $600 as a monthly maintenance and they maintain my landscaping and lawn. That also includes the fertilizing and weeding of the lawn and in addition they do the mulch. They keep up with everything and sometimes you do have to remind them or put signs that tell them that you put things on the lawn. They are pruning things when they should not be pruned and sometimes I have to ask them to come back and put more weed kill. I think they do a good job and generally keep up with things. They will come back do anything I ask them to.
