Customer Service is excellent. We are new to SC and have had a hard time finding a Contractor who does what they say and do the job when promised and at the cost quoted. We have had a wonderful experience with this company and will continue to contact them for future projects. 5 Plus Star Company.

A toilet in an upstairs bathroom overflowed and caused damage to the bathroom walls and the ceiling and a wall in my living room. I've never had to hire a contractor before, so I tried calling around to get quotes. One company came out to take pictures and measure and said it would be a few weeks before he could get back with me. I never heard from that company again, so I reached out to friends for a recommendation and someone suggested Rob. Rob had someone come to measure within 2 days and called me with a quote the next day. The quote was reasonable and they could start right away - HIRED. The guys who came to repair the ceilings and walls were awesome to work with. Always let me know what time to expect them and they were very friendly and accommodating, but most importantly, their work was top notch. While taking a ladder upstairs, someone knocked the glass off of a sconce and it broke. Mike came to the house on a Saturday to replace it after sending me pictures of new sconces from Home Depot to be sure I would be happy with the replacement. I have a few other projects and repairs in mind for my house and I will most definitely call Rob again! Work done: remove and replace bathroom ceiling, remove and replace 4'x6' of wall in bathroom, remove and replace 2'x14' of wall in living room, paint bathroom ceiling and walls, paint entire living room and adjoining kitchen, paint living room and kitchen ceiling, replace 50' of baseboard
