Randy's computers is one of best shops in the city for computers. I am a geek. When I am stumped, Randy's solves the problems. Great repair rates. Great purchase prices on computers. Fast Service. Randy's computers has my vote as one of the best in South Charlotte metro area.

Randy and his staff were extremely helpful. Diagnosed the issue and fixed it in a very timely manner. I was very happy with the quality of work and the costs involved. I will definitely bring all of my future computer issues to Randy.

When I took my computer in It was not working, It would not boot up and I was ready to buy a new one. I received a call from Randy telling me the computer was working but he had some bad news for me. When I came in to pick it up he gave me the news. My computer has 12 GB of ram. six sticks of 2 MB and out of six four of the sticks were bad. He also advised me the front fans were put in backwards causing the computer to get hot. To me that was not bad news it could have been worse. I was afraid that my motherboard went bad. He also checked my video card that I purchased on E-bay and gave it the thumbs up. What surprised me the most was the price. It was only $65.00. I thought for sure it would be a lot more. I would gladly recommend his service to anyone that's needs their computer worked on.
