Excellent. Kevin showed up right on time. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He also recommended a solution (repair) that no other HVAC contractor brought up. We discussed it in detail, including the pros and cons, and then I selected his recommendation, which saved substantial money over the replacement that other contractors are recommending. The upshot is that Kevin and Quality Controls Heating and Air Conditioning come across as more focused on actual needs than on doing the job that brings in the most money.

Kevin was just great. He contacted us prior to the visit. He is very friendly and very knowledgeable. He volunteered tips for running and maintaining the gas fireplace. He was punctual. He cleaned up. The fireplace looks great. A 5 - Star recommendation ! ! ! ! ! ! !

Excellent. Kevin Welch was great. He was on time for the appointment. He was knowledgeable concerning the problem. He made the repair and cleaned the fireplace thoroughly. Everything is now working perfectly. Kevin was very professional and personable. I will be using his services regularly to keep the fireplace equipment up to date.

Kevin is great! He came out to troubleshoot our AC, and he took the time to explain everything thoroughly and didn't try to upsell or scare us into costly replacements like a few others had. All his repairs which were reasonably priced worked like a charm. He is clearly an honest knowledgeable technician and will be our go-to guy for AC from now on!

Mr. Welch was here exactly when he said. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He also explained the problem to me and gave me lots of good advice about using gas logs. I will certainly call him again for any problems with my gas logs.

Kevin was asked to recharge a R22 Freon line for a 20 yr old 3 ton A/C unit. It was a very hot day and he promptly arrived when asked to on the same day called, after telling me the price over the phone for the task. He made a diagnostic check to make sure the system was running properly before charging. He discovered a leak at the rusty air handler coils. Recommended that the unit be replaced eventually. I asked him to work up some quotes for a couple of options. Kevin is very knowledgeable, courteous, reliable and reasonably priced. I highly recommend him for this type of work.

Kevin was prompt, called when he was on his way. Flushed the line, cleaned out all the rust that had never been cleaned by the prior company I had servicing my A/C unit for the last 11 years. had to replace a part. showed me the part and explained everything he was doing. this was the best service call I've ever had! unbelievable customer service and the price was hard to beat!
