I moved out of a large house. It was empty, but hadn't had a good cleaning since moving out. Two ladies arrived to take care a fairly large area. I returned a day later and was completely surprised and pleased at what a great job they had done. Highly recommend this company!

Irene of Premium Cleaning Services contacted me very quickly after my posting a request for cleaning services. She visited almost instantly, reviewed my apartment and gave me a quote for cleaning of $100 which was the same as I have previously paid. Their was a first time cleaning cost of $160. The two cleaning ladies appeared promptly at the appointment time of 8:30 and completed the work two ours later after a first-rate cleaning. Everything sparkled when they left. I will continue to use them.

AVOID! This company caused over $600 in damage to my house and refuses to file a claim or help fix the damage. They scratched my master shower (3 inch long scratch inside the shower at eye level) and chips two enamel tubs. Irene refuses to fix the damage even though she verbally said she would "make it right", and they are supposed to be licensed, bonded and insured for situations just like this. Stay away, not worth the stress of having your house cleaned only to find damage in multiple rooms! I would give negative stars if I could.
